Pit crew students and drum major report to the bandroom to load pit instruments and equipment into UHaul truck.

Field show students report to the bandroom.
Uhaul to depart Castle to transport pit instruments and equipment to Kamehameha Schools.

10:00 AM-11:30 AM
Field show rehearsal

11:30 AM
Hair braiding/pinning. Dress in uniform.

12:45 PM
Board bus and depart Castle

1:30 PM
Arrive at Kamehameha Schools

3:30 PM
Castle performs

9:45 PM
Band arrives back at Castle (approx.)

Tickets will be available for purchase at the Kamehameha School’s Kunuiakea Stadium ticket booth ($10 adults/$5 children (5 to 17 yrs old). Parking, ticket booth and stadium gates open at 2:00 pm. Event starts at 3:00 pm. Please arrive early to the Kamehameha campus. There will be 17 bands performing. Attached for your information is a map of campus parking and concession information.
